Brentwood Hills Home Owners are made up of families and friends. Each sharing the responsibility of a community that cares in the preserving and improving of the values and appearance of the community. Enhancing the quality of life throughout the community.

Brentwood Hills was established in 1989 as a deed-restricted residential community. Today, the community has 1039 homes in the Brandon-Valrico area just east of Tampa, Florida, USA. Brentwood Hills combines the convenience of location with a lifestyle for family and professionals alike. We are conveniently located within minutes of various opportunities for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our Homeowners Association Board of Directors, which typically meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the community center, is made up of five volunteer homeowners with additional neighbors volunteering their time to serve on the Architectural Control Committee. Other sub-committees such as Landscaping, Deed Restriction, Newsletter, and Website may be appointed as needed from time to time to respond to the needs of the Association. The property is managed by McNeil Management Services, Inc.
